Chicka chicka boo: slang; used to denote something negative.

Like Kansas traffic.
Yesterday, while driving from Overland Park, KS, back to Columbia, Sam and I got stuck on I-435 West, because there had been some sort of motorcycle accident. Combine another accident a few miles later, and the drive that was 71, and it took us 55 minutes to go from Overland Park to Blue Springs. Needless to say, I was not happy: my two hour drive home turned into a 3 hour one.
Moreso, I just freaked on 435. I have this irrational paranoid fear of cops, and it's worse when I'm out of Missouri. I think I think that Missouri cops will ignore me if I;m from the state, but when I am in Kansas, all of a sudden there's like, blinking lights and neon signs saying "THIS DRIVER IS NOT FROM HERE. ARREST HER!"
When we finally got back across the state line, I asked Sam if I was being crazy.
I think she lied and said no.
